OOV

Mat class using the OOV apparatus. Your body will innately create stability and mobility as needed to perform the movements requested. The OOV is revolutionary in creating a deeper experience of the movement.

Ideal for those new to Pilates. We cover principles of movement and how to work the equipment.

Ideal for those new to Pilates as a stepping stone from fundamentals, or those looking to refine their practice. We cover the whys, hows, and intentions of each exercise.

While still focusing on the basics, this class is taught at a slightly faster pace and incorporates more challenging movements to keep you progressing.

Athletic, dynamic class that keeps a continuous flow. Challenging your regular Pilates practice, this class will increase your overall strength and endurance. 

*This class should not be taken if you are experiencing an injury or pregnant. We recommend at least 3 months of experience in reform classes.
