Mat class using the OOV apparatus. Your body will innately create stability and mobility as needed to perform the movements requested. The OOV is revolutionary in creating a deeper experience of the movement. â€‹

Ideal for those new to Pilates as a stepping stone from fundamentals, or those looking to refine their practice. We cover the whys, hows, and intentions of each exercise.

Athletic, dynamic class that keeps a continuous flow. Challenging your regular Pilates practice, this class will increase your overall strength and endurance.

*This class should not be taken if you are experiencing an injury or pregnant. We recommend at least 3 months of experience in reform classes.
